Returns & Warranty Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you received the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items that are sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged, or received in error, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund within 10 business days via your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it will also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
